As soon as the food items have been picked up or delivered, only the recipient completes the transaction in the Spoiler Alert platform. Once the recipient completes the transaction, both the recipient and supplier will each receive an email receipt. You can also view all completed transactions in the Reports Dashboard.
You can complete a transaction two ways:
- Via the My Activity tab
- Via your Messaging Conversation with the user
Each of these are described below.
Completing your Post on the My Activity Tab
Select the My Activity icon in the lefthand navigation bar. Select My Claims. Identify the post you would like to complete. In the Action column, and use the dropdown to select the Complete button.
Completing your Post via Messages
You can also complete your post on the Mailbox screen, where you message back and forth to coordinate pick-up or delivery with the other user.
You can access your new messages through the Alert icon in the top navigation bar, or by clicking the Mailbox icon in the left-hand navigation bar.
Once on the screen, simply click the Complete button.
