The recipient of the food (either in the form of a sale, donation, or giveaway) is expected to evaluate the product at pickup or dropoff and should settle any disputes with the supplier at this time. If at the time of pickup or dropoff the food does not meet expectations, the recipient can unclaim the transaction - at which point the original cost will be refunded (minus applicable service fees).
